TERENCE McKINNEY

Owner

Terence started his CRM experience at Lehman Brothers, working on Siebel and project management in the Infrastructure department.  He then transitioned to Salesforce, supporting the sales teams in the asset management industry.  Terence has owned the CRM roadmap, migrated from Classic to Lightning, and rescued  a poorly architected Salesforce instance.  Terence is laser-focused on the user experience, ownership, and promoting full adoption of CRM.  The key to a successful implementation/project is not to blame others, but to be accountable and own the solution.

RYU McKINNEY

Owner

Ryu is a leader in every aspect of his life.  Ryu is a student-athlete, certified Soccer Goalkeeper Coach, an active member of the USLA (US Lifesaving Association), a Black Belt in Karate, and majoring in Economics at William Paterson University.  Ryu also achieved the NJ State Seal of Bilteracy for Spanish.   Ryu appreciates the importance of data and leverages his practical approach to partnership and process.
